Turkey, Bacon and Leek pasta with white wine sauce
1. Cook onions, bacon, turkey (with some paprika).
2. Add leeks, peppers and a carton of cheap white wine. Simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add some milk, a carton of double cream. Pepper and nutmeg if you feel like it.
4. Mix with pasta.
5. Put in a couple of baking dishes (900g turkey, 3 onions, 4 peppers, 3 leeks, 600ml cream did our largest two).
6. Put in oven (foil covered).
Ta-da!
