175 g butter

1 lemon rind grated
1 cup sultanas
1/4 cup milk

Method
- STEP 1Cream the butter and sugar.
- STEP 2Add eggs, self-raising flour and lemon rind.
- STEP 3Add milk until it becomes a porridge like consistency.
- STEP 4Add sultanas and mix well.
- STEP 5Bake for 12 minutes on 210C.
