Summer Blush Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe Lorraine Hartley

225g digestive biscuits
85g b
utter
1 Hartley’s strawberry jelly
300g Greek Yogurt
250g Marscapone Cheese
10-15 strawberries chopped into rough pulp
10-15 strawberries sliced 
πŸ“Crush biscuits mix with melted butter and press into the base of an 8inch spring clip tin
πŸ“Pulp one lot of strawberries
πŸ“Blend yogurt and cheese together, and stir in the pulp.
πŸ“Then melt the jelly neat in the microwave. 
πŸ“Add the melted jelly into the yogurt mix and pour over the biscuit base, then into the fridge to set. 
πŸ“Once set slice strawberries and arrange neatly on top πŸ“then pour over a single sachets worth of quick set red berry jelly (as per pack directions) then back in the fridge to set until needed. 
Decorate with all sorts of lovely ness!!
