Flapjack - usual recipe

One 454g bottle of golden syrup
225g dark brown sugar
2/3 - 3/4 pat of butter
800g oats (oats container marked accordingly)

Melt 454g golden syrup, 225g of brown sugar & 2/3 - 3/4 pat of butter in a pan.

Stir in 800g oats.

Compact into tin

Slice.

Cook.
