Scrambled eggs (microwave style)

1. Crack the eggs into a pot with.
2. Stir gently so the yolks are broken, but don't beat.
3. Add a small knob of butter, some pepper and a small pinch of salt.
4. Put in microwave on low power for 50-60 seconds.
5. Remove and stir gently again.
6. Microwave for 20 or so more seconds, watching until there is white fizzing around the edges.
7. Remove and stir moderately vigorously until thoroughly mixed.
8. Put back in microwave until done - don't overcook.
