Slow Cooker Beef Casserole / stew

2 packs stewing steak
1 potato
1 sweet potato
2 onions
2 carrots
2 celery sticks
garlic paste
tomato puree
bay leaves, parsley, thyme, oregano


Seal meat. Put in cooker.
Saute onions and garlic and tomato paste. Put in cooker
Put rest in cooker too
Add 1 stock cube and some water (2/3 plastic jug)

Cook.

Thicken with cornflour paste 1/2 hour before needed.
(I did 2 ramekins, but although thicker, not thick enough.)
